Located in the heart of San Antonio, Thirsty Horse Dance Hall & Saloon is your destination for great music, dancing, and unforgettable nights out. As a 21+ establishment, we’re dedicated to providing a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all our guests.
Guest Conduct Policy
To ensure everyone enjoys their time at Thirsty Horse, our staff may ask guests to leave before closing time for the following reasons:
Excessive intoxication: if a guest is unable to walk or speak normally.
Disruptive or belligerent behavior that interferes with others’ enjoyment.
Harassment or inappropriate conduct toward other guests or employees.
Actions that make others feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
Our goal is to maintain a fun, welcoming, and respectful atmosphere for all patrons.
If a guest is believed to be unable to drive safely, our team will gladly arrange an Uber, at our expense, to ensure you get home safely.
Please note that Thirsty Horse is not responsible for returning guests to retrieve their vehicles the following day.
Personal Belongings Policy
Our bartenders and staff are happy to serve you, but they are not responsible for your personal belongings.
If you’re unable to keep your items with you during your visit, please secure them safely in your vehicle before entering the venue. Thirsty Horse is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.
Dress Code Policy
We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and stylish atmosphere. To help us do that, please follow our dress code guidelines:
Attire and appearance must be clean and presentable
No sports jerseys
No athletic attire
No sunglasses worn indoors
No backwards ball caps
No bandanas or beanies
No sagging pants or shorts
No excessive jewelry or chains
No plain white t-shirts
No weapons of any kind, including guns or knives
No visible tattoos on the hands, neck, face, or head
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
