A. Free dance lessons are every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 7 PM-8 PM (excluding holidays).

A. Thirsty Horse opens Wednesday-Saturday, 5 PM-2 AM. Sundays during football season, 11AM-2PM.

Q. How much are drinks at Thirsty Horse?

A. Typically, beers range from $3.50-$5.00 depending on the beer. Liquor is around $4.00 for a well, $5.00 for a call, and $6.00 for a premium.

Q. Is there a Cover charge?

A. Yes, a $5.00 cover charge is on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. On Fridays & Saturdays, the cover charge is $5.00 before 10 PM and $10.00 after 10 PM - excluding concerts or events

Q. Can I bring my underage child in if he or she is under 21? 

A. Sorry, we are strictly a 21-and-up establishment

Q. What time does live music start?

A. We have live music both inside Thirsty Horse, and on the Back Porch.

Bands start at 10pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday. 9pm on Wednesdays and Sundays.

DJs start at 7pm inside Thirsty Horse and on the Back Porch.

Q. Do you have a dress code?

A. Yes, we do, and we strictly enforce it on weekends. Dress to impress. Click on Policies for details.

Q. How long has Thirsty Horse been open?

A. We have been open since 2009; however, the new owners took over in 2016.  

Q. When did the back porch open?

A. We opened Thirsty Horse Back Porch in the summer of 2022.

Q. Do you have a happy hour?

A. Yes. $1.00 off drinks every day we’re open, 7PM-10PM, Sundays 11AM-10PM.

Q. Do I need to pay to go to Thirsty Horse if I want to go to Ricky Bobby’s?

A. Yes you do, because both venues are connected.

Q. Can I bring food in? 

A. We have a full kitchen, so we don't allow outside food. 

However, please call (210)348-1513 to speak to a manager. We sometimes make exceptions for birthday cakes and cupcakes. This is at the discretion of management.

Q. Can I bring balloons or decorations?

A. Yes, you can come in and decorate your reserved area. Come decorate between 5PM-7PM. Remember, no confetti or glitter when decorating.

Q. You posted a photo of me. Can you take it down? 

 A. Yes, we can take it down. Please message us on Facebook and provide a screenshot of the image you want removed.
